When will I receive my order?
At FEMI the label, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are carefully processed and are delivered on average within 6–10 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will always receive a track & trace once your package is on its way.
What is the return policy?
Of course, we hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if that’s not the case, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded as quickly as possible.
