SECTION 19 – REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused upon delivery, is not collected from a designated collection point, or cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the shipment may be returned to our designated return or fulfillment facility.

Where permitted by applicable law, a fee of up to $25 CAD may be deducted from an applicable refund to cover reasonable return shipping, processing, and administrative costs.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
